What happens to the information you send me through this site.

Last updated July 27, 2026.

This is my personal real estate website. I am John See, a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Elite Realty in Bonita Springs, Florida. This page explains what happens to information you send me through this site. It is written to be read, not to protect me from you.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form. There are two forms on this site.

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, what you are interested in, and an optional message.

The home valuation form asks for your name, the address of the property, your email, phone, your timeline, and anything you want to tell me about the property.

I do not run analytics on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies of mine to consent to.

What I do with it

I contact you about your question. That is the whole purpose. If you asked for a home valuation, I use the address to pull tax records, comparable sales, and listing history so I can give you a real number.

I do not sell your information. I do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead-generation company. If you and I end up working together, your information becomes part of a normal transaction file handled under my brokerage's policies and Florida real estate record-keeping requirements.

Who else touches it

Being straight with you about this, because your form submission does pass through services I do not own.

Web3Forms processes both forms and delivers the submission to my email inbox. Your entry passes through their servers on the way to me.

Google serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser requests a file from Google when a page loads. Pages with embedded videos load them from YouTube, which is also Google, and YouTube may set its own cookies when a video player loads. My blog posts link to YouTube but do not embed players inline; the videos page does.

Namecheap hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, the way essentially every web server does.

Each of those companies has its own privacy policy governing what they do with what passes through them.

How long I keep it

Inquiries live in my email. If you become a client, records are retained as long as Florida real estate rules and my brokerage require. If you want me to delete what you sent, ask and I will.

Your choices

Ask me for a copy of what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email john@johnsee.realtor or call 239-304-6224. There is no form for this and no waiting period. Depending on where you live you may have formal rights under laws like the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the CCPA, or the GDPR. I am a one-person operation and I will honor a reasonable request regardless of which law applies to you.

I do not send marketing email to people who only filled out a form. If I ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in and every message will have an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
