About
A Southwest Florida native who has spent 15 years helping people buy and sell homes here.
The short version
I was born in Southwest Florida and I have spent my life here. I get to help people find their place in Collier and Lee County every day, and I do not take that for granted.
My tagline is "See the Difference." The difference is not complicated. You get an agent who picks up, gives you straight answers, and works the deal until it closes.
Before real estate, I learned how to work with people and close a deal. My first real job was with the phone company MCI during college. I started as a telemarketer and moved into management, where I ran a team of 18 for four years. I was the top salesperson on the floor, then the top performing manager more than once.
In my early twenties my family relocated for my parents' health, and we bought a florist and design company that was failing. Six years later I sold it for two and a half times what I paid. We had tripled sales and won small business of the year from the local chamber of commerce.
I have been competitive my whole life. I grew up playing sports and played four years of college basketball in Chicago. I bring that drive to every transaction, and I pair it with something that matters just as much: I listen first.
"He communicates at all times, and he cares more about his clients than his bottom line."
That line comes from a client review, and it is the part of the job I care about most. A home is the biggest purchase most people make. You deserve an agent who treats it that way, who shows up on time, and who is the same person at the closing table as on the first phone call.
I live in Verona Walk in Naples with my family. I know these neighborhoods because I live in them, shop in them, and raise my family in them. When you ask me about a community, schools, traffic, or what a street is really like, you get an answer from someone who has been there.
